I started Wellness Peer because many websites only focus on one aspect of fitness. But I wanted to focus on overall fitness and nutrition. While working out we often forget the importance of a healthy diet and mainly focuses on supplements and hard work in the gym. I have been into fitness for more than 5 years so I know what challenges a beginner or even advanced athlete can face. 

That's why I wanted to add holistic approach to Ayurveda and mix it up with modern science for overall healthy body and mind. So that you don't have to do extensive research and you find all in one place. 

I want every individual to be healthy so that they are able to focus more on other aspects of their life and they don't get left behind just because they are not fit "kyunki fit hai to hit hai India".
