  • Rinse 25gm of coffee beans with normal tap water. But avoid rubbing with your hands as it may result in losing pappery chaff that contains antioxidants.
  • Then soak it in a bowl containing 300ml of water and leave it overnight.
  • The next day in morning put the same water and coffee beans in a pot on the stove.
  • Put it on high flame and bring it to the boil.
  • Then lower the flame and let it be on low flame for another 15 minutes.
  • During this time you can also add cardamom or cinnamon stick for flavor.
  • After that strain, the liquid in a glass or coffee mug and there you have it, your green coffee.
  • You can also dilute it a little in starting few days to get your taste bud accustomed to it.
  • And can also add honey for taste but only after pouring the coffee in a mug.

When to Drink Green Coffee?

Ideally, you should drink on an empty stomach in the morning for increasing effectiveness.

But always wait for 30 minutes before having any meal or snack.
